Sesame Chicken w/Noodles & Broccoli

As I type this blog post, I sit here eating leftovers from this yummy dish. That's right, I tried another new recipe yesterday, and it was really good. With a few minor adjustments to a recipe I found on Pinterest, of course. Part of the way through the cooking process though, I thought I'd hate it, because it uses sesame oil, and I hate the smell of sesame oil. BUT... I'm happy to report that it tastes much better than sesame oil smells. Yay!
Without further ado, I give you Sesame Chicken w/Noodles & Broccoli.

Ingredients

•1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium & a smidge less) •3-4 Tbsp honey (the sweeter the better for me) •2 Tbsp sesame oil •2 Tbsp rice vinegar •1-2 tsp Sriracha (depending on how spicy you want it) •12 oz dry thin spaghetti (you can use udon and other noodles) •3 cups broccoli florets cut small •1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch strips •1 Tbsp olive …
