Mature Evolution

I know I told you guys about 5 months ago that I'd be doing my best to keep this blog updated, and as you can see, I haven't followed through with that. I've been doing a lot of soul-searching and trying to figure out what direction I want to take when it comes to my creative talents.  As a result,  I've been putting my branding to the test.  What I've discovered is this...

Though TisheyeLens Photography is a great creative brand, it doesn't necessarily translate professionally. It seems to be more confusing than anything else to potential clients. They don't get the play on words and find it more suitable to a blog than a professional photographer. So, I've made the decision to retire the use of the TisheyeLens branding for my portfolio. From this point on my portfolio and any professional pursuits will be under the branding of Tisha Luk Photography. Straightforward, professional, and as my husband says, mature.

This blog and my photography presets (offered here and here) will still operate under the TisheyeLens brand. I mean hello, I can't get rid of my awesome name! And hopefully, I'll get back to keeping this place clear of the cobwebs.  With the weather set to start getting warmer, I'm looking forward to getting out and about and chronicling my adventures here.

Anyway... that's all for now.  Make sure to check out the new portfolio website and if you are reading this, you're already checking out the new look of the blog, so yay! Speaking of adventures... here's a shot from our trip to Petit Jean State Park earlier this month. It's almost impossible o get my son to pose for a photo anymore because he's always taking a selfie.
